What you should know before placing orders
All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
All pictures on the website are provided by the supplier, and there may be a slight difference from the actual merchandise.
Products color on the photo may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to technical differences of computer screens & photography effect.
There will be slight differences in the size of each product due to material and design of each brand.
Shortage may happen anytime. So, if a shortage is held after you made the payment, you can select either one from the below to solve your problem:
(1) Change the product to others.
(2) Require the balance transfers back to customer's account.
The price stated is fixed and exclude shipping..

Ordering

We shall revert your order within 48 hours via email.
No changing/modification after the ordered. So, please look and read carefully before making order.
After order, please make fully payment within 3 days, and before the order’s due date.
If customer only makes the payment after the order’s due date, then, the ordered will be brought to next shipment.
Payment
Full payment by bank-in or transfer to our RHB account within 3 days from the date of our email reply (unless we are given prior notice for certain cases).

Shipping & Delivery Policy
D2E@arthz will order the customers' required products from oversea only after the order’s due date. But, there are some problems may occur and delay the times of delivery, such as, problems of customs, or delivery company's problems. Hence, delivery will be around 2 weeks, delivery to customers will consume more time.
Thus, customer should take note about the waiting before ordering.
We will proceed your ordered as soon as possible once we get the products.
The shipping fees are stated as below:
(1) Pos Express: RM5 within Malaysia
(2) Pos Laju: RM10 Penisular Malaysia; $15 Sabah & Sarawak
However we recomemend Pos Laju because it is fast, efficient & traceable..

If you've given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to pay the additional shipping for resending the parcel.
